KZN’s leading Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) Series, known as Waterra OCR, has grown substantially from its inaugural event in 2016, to 4 events in 2017, and now offering power productions in 2018. This value for money series of races has attracted athletes of all abilities and ages, in a family orientated space which is in line with the global explosion of the sport of OCR.

The 2018 Series of events looks set to be “bigger & better” in surprising ways. There will be two evening short course events while the other two events will be hosted during the day. The short course specialists will revel in the 5 to 7 km long evening events, which are less endurance based, but will have faster racing. All ability and fitness levels will be catered for at these shorter events, with the fun factor remaining the most important. For the Elite category there will still be a challenge with the Industrial Metal Profiling rig waiting for you to complete before you cross the finish line.
